When navigating to https://hephaestus.aet.cit.tum.de/ I would expect the current week to be pre-selected and not a custom time range.

Have a team leaderboard, where the different teams compete against each other (Artemis, Helios, etc.). Maybe even with some kind of averaging to account for different team sizes, since larger teams automatically have more PRs/reviews.
